Outline! W00t!

Well, I've now got little white happy pills, and as a sort of placebo effect, I've got the energy to start the outline for the 7th Game. Here it is:

Now, it's not complete, but it's complete enough I can finish Chapter 3, and starts Chapter 4 with some idea of where I'm going. Isn't this great?

So... about that chapter...

What did I say? I'd do some more writing today? Would I say something like that? Ooops. Well, in all honesty, I've decided some of the chapter needs to go away so I can start from a non cancerous portion of the chapter, and move forward. I've been thinking about starting again, but I've been too busy trying to do some programming, and applying to jobs to actually write. And, I won't be able to write tomorrow. At least, not much. I have a Doctor's Appointment, and with luck, I'll be getting myself some nice happy pills, which will let me work better. *crosses fingers*. So, yeah, Chapter 4 by Friday, I think not. *sigh*

Writer's Block: The Curse of the... oh, wait...

Bleh. Nothing's getting done tonight. Writer's block like a... ...um... SEE?!!!!!! Yeah, going to bed now.

Conundrum: To Outline, or Not to Outline

I'm rather a bit hung up on if I should outline my novel or not. You see, I know what's going to happen in my head, and I think that I *should* out line it... but I don't like outlines. I don't like having to write outlines. That's where *most* of the issue is. Why should I outline, if I know where it's going to go? Then, by the same token, do I really know where it's going to go until I get it out of my head and onto paper? Hmm... The Plot thickens.

...wait, The Plot is pudding? Gah, now I'm hungry.

Cough, Hack, Weeze, Death.

So, the plan was for me to finish Chapter 3 today. (After I went to church with my family.) Ah, well, guess what? I didn't go to church because I was dead. D. E. A. D. I've been fighting being sick for a while now, and it just hit me like a metric ton of bricks. Ah, wonderful bricks.

So, where do I stand in my 'Ten Chapters by X-mas plan'? (Which, this being my first post on my new blog means you don't know about that plan... HA! Now you do!) Well, I've finished 1 and 2. If I can finish 3 in the next day or so, I can get 4 done before I got back to Fredonia. If I can do that, then I'm sure I'll be able to finish 10 by Dec. 25th. It would be a huge accomplishment for me. We'll see if I can do that.

Anyway, it's time for me to go work on Chapter 3 some more. I might not sleep. Sleeping is evil. Writing is good. We like writing.
